Where the data comes from
Every number on the site is computed from its active listings: listings published on doortodoor directly, alongside public listings from other sources. Prices are asking prices — what the seller or landlord asks — not closed-transaction prices. Counts, averages and ranges are recomputed daily, and a page without enough listings behind it shows no average at all.
